Ground to Structure approaches inspections as an engineering investigation. We evaluate the available evidence, identify the likely cause of the problem and recommend appropriate next steps.

When repairs are necessary, recommendations are developed with both engineering requirements and real-world constructability in mind.

The goal isn't simply to identify a symptom. It's to understand why it's happening.

Ground to Structure uses structural and geotechnical experience to recognize when soil conditions may be contributing to settlement, cracking or foundation movement, determine when additional investigation is warranted, and recommend appropriate next steps. When specialized geotechnical testing is needed, the appropriate scope can be identified and coordinated with qualified geotechnical professionals.
